About

Hi, my name is Gisela S. L., founder of Popobell Studio.

Popobell began many years ago while I was still a university student studying Visual Communication Design. During my sophomore year, I discovered the joy of creating and selling beautiful things—from brass jewelry and printed socks to transparent umbrellas and other delightful finds. Even then, I was drawn to objects that could bring a little happiness into everyday life.

In 2013, I started designing party printables, and over the years I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of parents around the world create celebrations filled with meaning and joy.

Today, Popobell has grown into a collection of hand-illustrated gifts and keepsakes designed to be treasured and shared. Each piece begins with my own watercolor paintings, carefully created by hand with attention to the smallest details. From the first brushstroke to the final product, every design is thoughtfully developed to feel personal, warm, and timeless.

My ideas often come from the quiet details that catch my attention—something I wish existed, or something I rarely see but would love to see more of in the world.

The greatest reward is knowing that something I created becomes part of someone’s special moment. Whether it’s a personalized card, a meaningful gift, or a celebration keepsake, I love seeing people’s faces light up when they receive it.

In many ways, Popobell has become my love language—a heartfelt way of turning art into something tangible that helps people celebrate, connect, and make lasting memories.
