No cancellation or refund for INSTANT DOWNLOAD purchases. Due to the nature of digital files, they can’t be returned. Please read the product description before buying to avoid misunderstanding whether it is digital or physical goods.

 

Made-to-order Downloads

If your order is a personalized digital file, cancellation is available within 1 hour after your purchase. In case we already emailed the file to you in less than an hour, cancellation is not possible.

 

Physical Goods 

All of our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are NOT supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we can help you get a free replacement from the fulfillment company if you contact us within 24 hours of product delivery.

If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color, our shop will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. Buyers are responsible to provide the correct information before placing an order.
